  2. 2. Add the Dry Ingredients: To the same mug, add the chocolate protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. 3. Microwave: Cook on high for 1 minute. Check the center; if it’s not set, continue cooking in 15-second increments until done.
  4. 4. Cool and Serve: Let the mug cake cool for 1 minute. Top with whipped cream or Greek yogurt and sprinkle with dark chocolate chips or cocoa powder if desired. Enjoy straight from the mug!
