Weeknight dinners don’t have to be boring. Sweet, spicy, and sticky, this honey sriracha salmon pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables for a meal that looks fancy but is actually super simple.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and water.
  3. Bake salmon on lined sheet pan 12–15 minutes
  4. OR pan-sear skin-side down, flip, add sauce, cook until done.
  5. Serve with roasted vegetables.
