  2. 2. Arrange fruit in the bottom of a small ovenproof dish (3–4 inches in diameter).
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix oats, milk, olive oil, sugar, and salt.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the oatmeal mixture evenly over the fruit.
  5. 5. Bake 20 minutes or until the topping is golden and crisp. Serve warm, hot, or chilled.
