Description

Midge loves a simple, flavorful salad that comes together fast and is perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or BBQs.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Chill for 1+ hours before serving to let the flavors blend.

Note

Swap bacon for ham or roasted chicken. * Try different cheeses or nuts. * Add low-carb fruit like blueberries for a touch of sweetness. * Leftovers keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.
