High-Protein Black Bean Lime Dip (Vegan)

1. Grate or finely chop the garlic and ginger.

2. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger for 1–2 minutes, being careful not to burn.

3. Drain and rinse the black beans, then add them to the pan.

4. Fry for a couple more minutes, adding a few tablespoons of water as needed to prevent sticking.

5. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, and lime juice.
