Ingredients
4salmon fillets
1garlic clove, minced
3tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2tbsp honey
2tbsp sriracha
3tbsp water
Olive oil (if pan-frying)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and water.

Bake salmon on lined sheet pan 12–15 minutes

OR pan-sear skin-side down, flip, add sauce, cook until done.
