Ingredients
1½ cups creamy peanut butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

3. Chill dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

5. Gently flatten each ball and use a fork to create a crisscross pattern.

6. Bake 8–10 minutes. Allow to firm up on the baking sheet.
