  1. 1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. 2. In a saucepan over low to medium heat, combine butter, peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder.
  4. 4. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined and thick.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the top, if using.
  7. 7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
  8. 8. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into 12 squares, and serve.
  9. 9. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
