Season it. Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and water. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes, until the seasoning is fragrant and the beef is evenly coated.
3 Build the bowls. Divide the chopped romaine among four bowls. Add the seasoned beef, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
4 Top it off. Spoon salsa over each bowl and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
