Savory Garlic Pork Bites
For the Marinade

1. In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Mix well.

2. Add pork cubes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Lightly oil if using a skillet.

4. Cook pork for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 145°F / 63°C).

5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Note
* Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days * Freeze for up to 3 months * Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the oven until warmed through
