Peach Ginger Green Tea Spritzer
Description
When the day calls for something cool and refreshing, this peach ginger green tea spritzer is just the ticket. Fresh peach gives the drink a gentle fruity sweetness, while ginger adds a little zing and lemon brightens everything up.
Chilled green tea provides a light, earthy base, and a splash of sparkling water gives the whole thing a lively finish. It’s refreshing without being overly sweet, making it a lovely afternoon pick-me-up or a pretty drink to serve alongside a light supper.

Note
Midge's Tip:
For an extra-pretty drink, rub a peach slice around the rim of each glass before adding the ice. And if your peach is especially sweet and juicy, you may find you need very little honey at all.
