  4. 4. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  5. 5. Form into small bite-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and firm.
  7. 7. Let cool slightly before serving.
